Following are Cornell Cooperative Extension announcements for a workshop being held at the Saugerties Public Library (1-2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 6th).
This workshop will help people sign up for the SNAP-Ed NY program (a.k.a. the USDA's Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program).
The idea is to sign up for assistance, and to learn how to prepare healthy meals on a budget. Healthy recipe demonstration and tasting are included as part of the workshop.
