Town of Saugerties Highway Department Announces Full-Time Motor Equipment Operator Position

The rate of pay is $31.33 per hour.  Pay also includes overtime if over 40 hours and meal allowances.  Applicants must possess a "Class B" Chauffeur's license issued by the NYS Department of Transportation at the time of appointment.

The job requires you to be able to drive manual transmission diesel trucks (no license restriction for this accepted).

Full time Town of Saugerties Employees are offered 14 paid holidays, paid vacation/personal/birthday time, sick time, longevity pay, NY State retirement and health insurance.

Part-Time/Seasonal Positions   

Town of Saugerties Highway Department Announces Part-Time Seasonal Plow Driver Position

Continual Recruitment - Part-Time Seasonal Plow Driver (as Needed)

The rate of pay is dependent on the position and the set hourly wage at the time of hiring.  Pay also includes overtime if over 40 hours and meal allowances.  Applicants must be 18 or older.

The job requires you to drive a plow truck.  Applicants must possess a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with no restrictions and be able to drive a manual shift/standard truck at the time of hiring.
