Ulster County Executive Jen Metzger Announces Free Yellow Reflective Vests

These will be available beginning Wed. Oct. 30th at a number of locations, including Saugerties Town Hall (4 High Street).

The timing is fortunate ... it can only improve the safety for trick-or-treaters, having more reflective vests out there.
