Biography 

Bill has had a 31-year career as a Federal Civil Servant in Washington, DC, rising to the position of Chief of Staff, Army International Affairs.

Since moving to Saugerties 13 years ago, Bill has developed roots with family and friends in the community.

Description/Responsibilities

Bill was elected to the Saugerties Town Board on November 4, 2026. 

His responsibilities/positions include being the Town Board's liaison to:

• The Assessors
• The Board of Assessment Review
• The Climate Smart Task Force
• The Conservation Advisory Commission
• The Ethics Committee
• The Saugerties Public Library
