The Ulster County Agricultural and Farmland Protection Board has announced that during the month of March 2024, they are accepting applications from Ulster County landowners who have predominantly agricultural land. Anyone applying is asking to include their land in a NY State certified Agricultural District (and can therefore possibly benefit from corresponding tax benefits).
