Notice is hereby given that the Village of Saugerties Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on exceeding the Tax Cap for 2026 /2027.
The Public Hearing will be held in the Village of Saugerties Municipal Building, 43 Partition Street, Hooks Room in the Fire House (43 Partition Street) on Tuesday May 12, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.
All interested parties will be heard. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting. The agenda for this meeting can be found on the Village Board Agenda page.
